Hi, I’m Emily, a proud New Orleanian and the creator behind Tatum’s Toppers.
I’ve always had a love for all things festive (it’s kind of in our blood down here!), and after a 20-year career as a makeup artist working on Emmy & Oscar winning productions, I followed my heart into something new—bringing joy through custom headpieces and now balloon art!
From fascinators and second line umbrellas to show-stopping balloon arches and party decor, everything I create is inspired by the spirit of New Orleans—bold, colorful, and full of life. Around here, every day is a reason to celebrate, and I love being a small part of your biggest moments.
